Companion to case No. 26631, * this day affirmed, this appeal is from an order granting in part a motion to quash a writ of execution. We view the scant evidence available to us by way of exhibits, affidavit and deposition in a light most favorable to respondent. (Grainger v. Antoyan, 48 Cal.2d 805 [13 P.2d 848] ; Primm v.
