This is an appeal from a judgment against the appellant on an employee’s disability insurance policy. The suit is on a certificate issued by the appellant, setting forth:
“This is to certify that under and subject to the terms and conditions of group policy No. 1872 Ü. Tillie Lambert an employee of Mississippi Central Eailroad Company (herein called the employer) is hereby insured for two thousand dollars, if death occur while the employee is in the employ of the employer, the amount of insurance in force on said employee, in accordance with group policy as above, will be paid to Florette…
