Before the Court is Defendant Stillwater Milling Company’s Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 24). For reasons set forth herein, such motion is denied.
I. Factual Background
Defendant Stillwater Milling Company (“SMC”), headquartered in Stillwater, Oklahoma, is in the business of manufacturing and selling livestock feed and farm supplies.
