This matter is before the Court on the Plaintiffs’ Petition for Attorney Fees and Expenses Exclusive of Costs for Education at Dominion School for JP I and JP III (Docket No. 113), the Plaintiffs’ Petition for Attorney Fees and Expenses Associated with United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, JP II, (Docket Number 111), and the Plaintiffs Statement of Costs of Educating JP at the Dominion School during the 2005-2006 School Year (Docket Number 110).
