Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Con-nor, J.), entered January 23, 2003 in Ulster County, which, in an action pursuant to RPAPL article 9, directed the sale of certain real property owned by the parties as tenants in common.
The parties are siblings who own, as tenants in common with undivided one-third interests, a 1,250-acre tract of real property located in the Catskill Mountains.
