Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Williams, J.), entered October 31, 2006 in Saratoga County, which partially dismissed petitioners’ applications, in six proceedings pursuant to RETL article 7, to reduce the 1998, 1999, 2000 and 2001 tax assessments on certain parcels of real property owned by petitioners.
