Appeals by defendants from two judgments (one as to each of them) of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Owens, J.), rendered October 14, 1982 and November 4, 1982, respectively, convicting them of manslaughter in the first degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, upon jury verdicts, and imposing sentences.

Judgments affirmed.
