— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Beldock, J.), rendered February 3, 1981, convicting him of manslaughter in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. In instructing the jury with regard to defendant’s asserted defense of justification (Penal Law, § 35.15), the trial court committed several errors.
