Appeal by defendants from two judgments (one as to each of them) of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Owens, J.), both rendered October 31, 1980, convicting them of murder in the second degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, upon jury verdicts, and imposing sentences. Judgments reversed, on the law, and new trial ordered. After a family argument initiated by the brother of the deceased, defendants allegedly chased the deceased, John Williams, into a fruit store.
