We are presented here with the issue of whether the Illinois Human Rights Commission (Commission) erred in dismissing petitioner’s complaint for lack of jurisdiction by determining that the petitioner was not an “employee” under the Illinois Human Rights Act (775 ILCS Ann. 5/1 — 101 et seq. (Michie 1994)). For the following reasons, we affirm the decision of the Commission.
