Davoud Baravordeh (Baravordeh) appeals from two orders of the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County (trial court) that sustained the preliminary objections of the Borough Council (Council) of Prospect Park (Borough) to Baravordeh’s petition claiming violation of his rights under the Sunshine Act, Act of July 3, 1986, P.L. 388, as amended, 65 P.S. §§ 271 — 286, overruled his preliminary objection to Council’s preliminary objections and dismissed his petition.
