These appeals are from decrees of the court below refusing to compel the substitution of cash for certain mortgage investments made by appellee, Lehigh Valley Trust Company, as sole trustee of two testamentary trusts, one of which was created by the will of Alfred G. Saeger, who died May 23, 1913, and the other of which was created by the will of Florence T. Saeger, who died October 18, 1923.
