Plaintiff, the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “PBGC”), is the government body created by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (hereinafter referred to as “ERISA”) to administer the Mandatory Pension Plan Termination Program. 1 Defendants Morton Greene (hereinafter referred to as “Greene”) and Thomas R.
