—Affirming.

The first of appellant’s petitions, which were dismissed in tbe judgment appealed from, alleged tbe Clint-wood Bank, Incorporated, of Virginia, obtained judgment against appellee in tbe Dickenson Circuit Court of tbe state of Virginia in tbe sum of $1,000, wbicb judgment was assigned to tbe Cumberland Bank & Trust Company, of Virginia, as receiver for tbe Dickenson County Bank. It asked that its judgment be- enforced by a sale of appellee’s property in Pike County, Kentucky, for wbicb an attachment issued herein.
