This matter comes before the Court upon (1) the motion of defendants First International Computer, Inc. (“FIC”) and First International Computer of America, Inc. (“FICA”) to dismiss the claims against them for lack of personal jurisdiction or, in the alternative, to transfer venue to the Northern District of California and (2) the motion of Defendant Expert Computer Group Corp.
