These appeals are in one and the same case; that first entitled being one by claimants from the decree condemning the steamer Garden City in damages, and the other one by the libelants from the refusal of the District Court to include interest on the penalty of the bond given by the claimants for the re*299lease of the vessel in fixing the extent of the liability. The libelants were the owners of the barge Wenona, and they charged that their vessel and the barge J. C.
