STEPHENSON, Circuit Judge.
This cause is appealed from a denial of a preliminary injunction and a dismissal of an amended complaint brought by Minnesota Bearing Company, plaintiff-appellant (Minnesota Bearing) by the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.
Two questions are presented for our determination:(1) whether the trial court abused its discretion in denying Minnesota Bearing’s motion for a preliminary injunction, and(2) whether the trial court properly dismissed the amended compalint as to one of the defendants.
