MARTIN, Circuit Judge.

The Timken Roller Bearing Company, petitioner, seeks review of an order issued against it by the Federal Trade Commission, Respondent, ordering it to cease and desist from certain practices alleged to be in violation of Section 3 of the Clayton Act (15 U.S.C.A. § 14).

This section, in pertinent part, provides : “It shall be unlawful for any person engaged in commerce, in the course of such commerce, to lease or make a sale or contract for sale of goods * * * for * * * resale * * * on the condition, agreement, or understanding that the lessee or purchaser thereof shall not…
