The plaintiff, Thomas L. DePetrillo, appeals from the entry of summary judgment in favor of the defendants, Belo Holdings, Inc. (Belo) and Citadel Broadcasting Company (Citadel). The plaintiff argues that the hearing justice erred in concluding that he did not have standing to challenge the validity of Citadel’s right of first refusal to purchase a broadcasting tower and surrounding real estate owned by Belo.
