The plaintiff, Rafael Genao (Genao or plaintiff), appeals from the entry of summary judgment against him and in favor of the defendants Litton Loan Servicing, L.P. (Litton) and Deutsche Bank, National Trust Company (Deutsche Bank) (No. 2013-262-A.).
