Defendant Allen Ganz (“Ganz”) moves this Court to dismiss the complaint and for alternative relief in the instant action brought by the Chapter 11 Trustee in Bankruptcy of O.P.M. Leasing Services, Inc. (“O. P. M.”) (“the Trustee”). This action is based on Ganz’ alleged faithless conduct while employed by O.P.M.
