MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

WEINSTEIN, District Judge.

This narcotics case presents a nice question as to whether there was a valid basis for stopping and frisking defendants and, if so, whether the agents’ reasonable suspicion of criminal activity ripened into probable cause to arrest upon discovery of cocaine during the pat-down of one defendant. It is typical of the trend to attenuate constitutional protections of those believed to be on the wrong side of the accelerating war on drugs.
