Tbe plaintiff commenced this action in tbe district court of Cberry county against tbe defendants, retail liquor dealers, and their bondsmen to recover tbe damages which she alleged accrued to her by tbe death of *853her son, caused by intoxication produced by liquors sold to him by the saloon-keepers of defendants.
