MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
PALLMEYER, District Judge.
Recent amendments to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”) impose duties upon persons who furnish information to credit reporting agencies. When a fur-nisher has received notice from a credit reporting agency that the information it has provided is in dispute, the furnisher is required to reinvestigate the credit information. See 15 U.S.C. § 1681s-2(b).
