I. INTRODUCTION

On May 23, 2014, Suzanna Bowling filed this action on behalf of herself and others *373similarly situated, alleging that Johnson & Johnson (“J & J”) violated (1) numerous state statutes,1 as well as (2) the Magnu-son-Moss Warranty Act (“MMWA”),2 when it misbranded Listerine Total Care (“LTC”), a line of mouthwashes.
