ROBERT D. MARTIN, Chief Judge.

On October 2,1995, attorney John W. Gibson volunteered at the outset of a hearing on a motion to dismiss this chapter 13 case that, “we have had a hard time making contact with her [the debtor] and we have not been able to — we have not been able to find out enough information to defend the plan, so.” I inquired “On what basis did you then object to the motion to dismiss?” Mr. Gibson said, “I think she missed the first § 341 meeting and Mr. Chatterton permitted us to try to further find her and we did.
