MEMORANDUM

RICHARD S. STAIR, Bankruptcy Judge.

The Debtors, Billy and Rachelle Patton, filed a Chapter 13 petition on January 14, 1997. Several parties, including the Chapter 13 Trustee, objected to confirmation of the Debtors’ plan. One such party, Finley W.
