delivered the opinion of the court:
In 1962, the United States filed in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida complaints and declarations of taking to acquire certain lands in Brevard County, Florida, for use in connection with the Space Program. Included were certain lands situated in the Titusville Beach Subdivision. Sarah E. Walker claimed ownership of a portion of the lands being condemned and intervened in the suits to recover her claimed share of the proceeds.
