MEMORANDUM OF FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW SUPPORTING FINAL JUDGMENT DENYING THE DEFENDANTS’ DISCHARGES IN BANKRUPTCY

The plaintiffs request that the discharges in bankruptcy of the debtors be denied for failure satisfactorily to explain the diminution of assets to meet liabilities. See Section 727(a)(5) of the Bankruptcy Code. 1 The defendants satisfactorily explained the diminution of assets which was initially brought into focus by the respective complaints.
