On July 29, 1920, Mary Ludden, defendant herein, held in trust for her uncle and aunt, Patrick M. Conlon and Annie B. Conlon, Lots 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, in Block 7, Taborside, in the City of Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon. Prior thereto, Chas. Jones had made and entered into a contract to buy Lot 26, Mt. Scott Acres, from Bobert L. Davis and Edna B. Davis, husband and wife.
