Brewer, the sheriff of Lawrence county, to recover of the former the sum of two thousand dollars damag'es claimed to have been suffered by appellee through the negligence of Betz, alias Turk, in driving his Cadillac automobile against and over appellee, by t means of which appellee was injured.
