(After stating the facts as' above.) There are many exhibits to the bill, and numerous allegations deemed not material for the purpose of this opinion to be set forth. In our opinion the allegations of the bill are sufficient, if true, to authorize the court t,o grant relief. While L. Carlton Belt at his death owed a note against the lands in controversy, which constituted a basis for the establishment of a vendor’s lien, and in a proper proceeding, properly carried out, a sale thereunder would divest title out of the estate of said L. Carlton Belt, which title would be superior to the will…
