This is an appeal from a decree granting appellee, Sidney H. High, a divorce from *197appellant, Joan Elaine High, and granting him custody of their four-year-old daughter, Sean M. High.
The appellee filed his bill for divorce in the Chancery Court of Lamar County, Mississippi, on April 23, 1965, in which he alleged that “the complainant is a bona fide resident citizen of Lamar County, Mississippi, and has been such continuously for more than one year prior to the date on which the original bill of complaint was filed herein; that the defendant is a nonresident of the State of…
