Appellees Strava, Inc. and UA Connected ' Fitness, Inc. (together; “Strava”) sought inter partes reexamination of several claims of U.S. Patent No. 7,789,800 (“the ’800 patent”). During the reexamination, certain claims were cancelled, and others (claims 38-100) were added.
