MlKELL, Judge.

In this appeal, we affirm a judgment granting specific performance, and awarding damages, prejudgment interest, and attorney-fees. The relevant facts follow.

Plaintiff Kenneth A. McMillan and defendant Laurance Hibbard, formerly shareholders in a dental practice called Bentley, McMillan & Hibbard, P.C. (“BMH”), terminated their business relationship pursuant to an Agreement entered into on April 14, 2005.
