JOHNSON, District Judge.

This action was brought in pursuance of provisions of the amended Social Security Act of 1939, 42 U.S.C.A. § 405(g), to review a decision of the Appeals Council of the Social Security Board which held that J. Canby Morgan, hereinafter called the claimant, was not entitled to primary insurance benefits under the Social Security Act, as amended, and that his wife, M!ary Bowman Morgan, was not entitled to wife’s insurance benefits under that Act.
