This case comes before us on remand from the United States Supreme Court. In In re Harlow Fay, Inc., 951 F.2d 175, 176 (8th Cir.1991) (per curiam) (Harlow), we held that the district court 1 did not abuse its discretion in denying the request of Harlow Fay, Inc.
