MICHAEL, Circuit Judge:
The bankruptcy court’s order confirming SPR’s Chapter 11 reorganization plan was appealed to the district court by the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC), a secured creditor of SPR Corporation (SPR). The district court dismissed RTC’s bankruptcy appeal for failure to file a timely statement of issues on appeal as required by Bankruptcy Rule 8006.
