OPINION OF THE COURT

HARVEY, Senior Judge:

A general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members convicted appellant, contrary to his pleas, of conspiracy to commit assault and aggravated assault in which grievous bodily harm is intentionally inflicted, in violation of Articles 81 and 128, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 881 and 928 [hereinafter UCMJ]. Appellant was sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, confinement for 5 years and 169 days, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and reduction to Private El.
