OPINION

GORDON, Judge.

This case is before the court on cross-motions for summary judgment. Plaintiff, storeWALL, LLC (“storeWALL”), challenges the decision of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (“Customs”) denying Plaintiffs protest of Customs’ classification of two items: (1) “storeWALL” wall panels and (2) “HangUp” locator tabs. The court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1581(a)(2006). 1 For the reasons set forth below, the court denies Plaintiffs motion for summary judgment and grants Defendant’s motion for summary judgment.
