Plaintiffs Kenneth Courteau and Cheryl Courteau (the “Courteaus”) filed this action against their homeowner’s insurance provider, Teachers Insurance Company (“Teachers”), for failure to pay for damages to the basement walls of their home caused by cracking concrete.
