ORDER

PECHMAN, District Judge.

On February 23, 2007, the Court issued an Order on Defendants’ Joint Motion for Summary Judgment Dismissal of All Claims. (Dkt. No. 67). In that Order, the Court dismissed Plaintiffs claims for common law tortious interference with a dead body, invasion of privacy, and civil conspiracy. The Court also called for supplemental briefing on whether Washington’s Uniform Anatomical Gift Act (“UAGA”) includes a cause of action to sue. (Dkt. No. 67).
