O’NIELL, Chief Justice.

The plaintiff is the beneficiary named in a policy of insurance issued by the defendant, Louisiana Industrial Life Insurance Company, for $184, on the life of Peter Ratcliff. The policy was dated and delivered on the 5th day of February, 1934. The insured died on the 5th day of February, 1935; that is, on the first anniversary of the date of the policy. The question is whether the beneficiary is entitled to $184, or only $92. The city court gave judgment for the $184. The Court of Appeal- reduced the amount to $92. 165 So. 881.
