MEMORANDUM OPINION

THIS CORE PROCEEDING 1 comes before the Court on the complaint of Louisa R. Miles (“Plaintiff’), the above-named Chapter 7 debtor, seeking a finding of contempt by Zebedee Thomas Clarke (“Defendant”) for allegedly violating the discharge injunction, under 11 U.S.C. § 524(a)(2), by attempting to collect a prepetition debt that was discharged in Plaintiffs Chapter 7 bankruptcy case, and for recovery of compensatory and punitive damages, including attorney fees.
