This is an appeal from the order and judgment of the trial court denying plaintiff any relief upon the facts alleged in the pleadings and shown upon the trial. The facts are that at a special election called and held for the purpose of voting o'ft the proposed issuance of county bonds for the construction of hard surfaced roads, the citizens of Harmon county, Okla., authorized the issuance of bonds for the construction of such a permanent road, “beginning at a point on the Texas line on the western boundary of Harmon county, Okla., and extending east through Hollis, and to a point northwest…
