This is an action to recover damages for personal injuries and property damage sustained by the plaintiff in an automobile accident. Plaintiff appeals from the trial court’s orders granting defendant’s motions to quash and set aside service of summons on the defendant and for partial summary judgment against plaintiff on the ground that plaintiff’s action for personal injuries is barred by the applicable statute of limitations.
