Any herder of sheep, or anyone whom any sheep shall be intrusted for their care and attention, within any county of the State of Oregon, shall hereafter, whenever any contract for such care or attention shall have been entered into between the person rendering such services and the owner of such sheep, have upon any and all such animals so herded, cared for, or attended, a possessory lien for the amount which may be due for such…
