Classic Industries, Inc., (“Classic”) petitions for review of the decision of the National Labor Relations Board finding it in violation of sections 8(a)(1) and 8(a)(2) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 158(a)(1) and (2), 1 and ordering it to withdraw recognition from and disestablish an illegally dominated union, the Shop Committee. The Board cross-petitions for enforcement of its order.

In its decision, the Board mainly affirmed the findings, rulings and conclusions of the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ), and adopted his recommended order. In…
