This matter is before the Court on four motions for summary judgment filed by Diamond Motors, Inc. d/b/a Diamond Nissan (“Diamond”), Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation (“NMAC”), Clarendon National Insurance Company (“Clarendon National”) and American Eagle Insurance Company (“American Eagle”).
