The question presented in this appeal from a final decree in a suit in equity is whether the trial court properly determined that a prescriptive easement had been established by the evidence.
The subject of this dispute is an unimproved road in Highland County that runs from State Route 625 across property of appellant W. D. Ward through mountainous terrain to land of appellee Dwight Harper.
